  • Legal Notice

    Australian laws regulate where and how electric bikes can be used, including speed limits. We strongly recommend checking your local state and territory regulations before purchasing or riding this product.

  • 12-Month Limited Warranty

    SurgeRide E-Bikes provides a limited warranty against manufacturing faults, provided that:

    - The product is assembled correctly and completely
    - The product is used as intended and under normal riding conditions
    - All required maintenance and adjustments are carried out

  • What This Warranty Covers

    - Motor: 12 months

    - Battery: 12 months
    -Other electrical components: 6 months

  • What This Warranty Does Not Cover

    Top speed: Variations in top speed are not covered, as performance can differ based on rider weight, terrain, conditions, and usage


    Range: Advertised range figures are estimates only and may vary depending on riding style, load, road conditions, and other factors


    Battery capacity loss: All lithium batteries naturally lose capacity over time. This is normal and not covered

    Battery warranty is void if the battery is misused, incorrectly charged, tampered with, or the seal is broken

    Battery damage caused by lack of regular charging, leaving the battery unused for over 3 months, or improper charger use is not covered

    Normal wear and tear: This includes (but is not limited to) brakes, controller, display, throttle, drivetrain components, cable tension, spoke tension, fasteners, bottom bracket, and general adjustments


    External damage: Damage caused by accidents, impacts, water ingress, or other outside factors


    Cosmetic issues: Minor scratches, scuffs, marks, or visual imperfections

  • Warranty Void If the Product Has Been

    - Misused, abused, or neglected
    - Modified or altered in any way
    - Used for rental, commercial purposes, or transferred to another owner
